Sail

Set sail for a chilled out ride on a historical tall sailing ship. Learn about the history of the Derwent Hunter, constructed in 1946 and the Whitsunday Islands, named by captain James Cook himself!

  • A jacket during winter to protect you from wind and for warmth after snorkeling
  • Waterproof camera
  • Sunscreen SPF 30+ or higher
  • Cash for water, soft drinks, fruit juices and chocolates and alcohol for sale on board.

Complimentary return bus transfers are available from your accommodation. Or, if you chose to drive, there is paid ticketed parking is at the Southern end of Abell Point Marina, which is a 2 minute walk to the Northern end of Abell Point Marina, where your tour guide(s) will meet you.
